MISSION
Our mission is to create a society where women and girls within rural Africa and the BAME community (in the diaspora) can thrive, are free from discrimination, violence, and oppression.
Aligned with Sustainable Development Goals 1, 5, 10, and 16, we are committed to reducing poverty, achieving gender equality (SDG 5), reducing inequalities (SDG 10), and promoting peaceful and inclusive societies (SDG 16) by prioritizing the safety and well-being of women and girls.
At Glow Within, we recognize the urgent need to keep women and girls safe in all aspects of their lives. We work tirelessly to raise awareness about gender-based violence, harassment, and discrimination, and advocate for policies and measures that prevent and address these issues. We collaborate with stakeholders, community organizations, and law enforcement agencies to create safe spaces, implement effective prevention strategies, and support survivors of violence.
Our organisation passionately believes in the power of education and awareness to combat gender-based violence and ensure the safety of women and girls. We develop and deliver educational programs that promote healthy relationships, consent, and bystander intervention, aiming to foster a culture of respect and non-violence.

Glow Within strives for a society where women and girls have equitable access to financial aid, comprehensive healthcare services, enabling them to lead healthy and fulfilling lives. Our advocacy efforts aim to break down systemic inequalities, challenge discriminatory practices, and ensure that healthcare services address their specific needs. We envision a world where women and girls are not only physically healthy but also mentally, emotionally and financially empowered.
